LaraKezia, I don't know what THE point is, but here trying to be of some comfort and usefulness to you is the point.
I read your posts in the "a possible diagnosis" thread. It's easy to see where your living situation interferes with the relief that can accompany progress in identifying what you're dealing with. An unpleasant adventure this, but feel free to vent - we're listening.

It's the age old question that we all ask ourselves from time to time. Why are we here? What is the point? I'm not sure but we have to keep plodding onwards.

Thanks. Haven't moved from my bed all day. I haven't even put the tv on or anything jus lay in the silence drifting in an out of sleep all day! Haven't eaten or drank, not even taken my meds cos cannot be bothered!

Oh please do, have something to eat and drink some water. It will make you feel better, I promise.
And do take your meds. They can't help you if you don't take them regularly. I'm sorry you are so depressed today. Sending lots of hugs. Take Care of yourself. You are important and you matter. ...

((((((Lara)))))) I know it is hard to care when all you want to do is sleep, but you need the meds right now. and the water. Berries is right. It's ok to rest when you need to, but in the sense of taking care of yourself. You won't heal if you don't make sure that you get the water and nourishment you need along with the rest. Hugs, hon. Thank you all. After reading your posts i decided you were right. I've had some rice an i've got some water an have taken my meds! Am now back in bed tho, watching my fair lady

Sometimes we do need a little tender loving care for ourselves dear.
I'm glad you did get something to eat and drink and it sounds like a comfy evening for you now with the bed and movie. Here, have some popcorn with that.
