Yet another place in my life I get lost in the shuffle. Here. When I found this site it seemed like a good idea. I know I don't post much. I have a HUGE pile of **** (life) I'm trying to deal with. Including staying alive. Everybody's got issues, I know that. Just thought I'd get a little more support, ya know? Still lost and fading fast.

GP22, have you been able to "empty your head" as you wanted? Here (Depression) might be a good place to do that.
