I'm feeling really depressed. I had to have my last T session today for a while because of money. UUGGGHHHH! I hate this!!!!!! I'm sorry I haven't been around much lately. I wish I had the energy to support people, but it's just not there. It is all so overwhelming.

Thank you so much. I am so used to feeling like my only value is in what I can do to help others, and not wanting to be a burden on them that it is very hard to ask for help. Support like yours reminds me that it is okay to ask for help and that I don't have to be perfectly strong all the time. Thank you.
