Anyone have inability to have any physical contact with spouse/significant other?
I can't even let hime hold my hand without wigging out inside.

Any suggestions?
By the way, meds are not working right now. I am at another low point. And cannot seem to pull myself up right now. But this physical inability has been going on for months - and is getting worse.

Hello, jlt5. Since your meds are not working, perhaps you could talk to your doctor to see if the dose may be changed or a different medication tried? Do you see a therapist? The therapist could help you with the physical contact issue.

Good luck.

Cognitive behaviorial therapy is very good. It helps to challenge your thought process.
