Today is very harmful to me, the only harmless moment is my one and a half hour in the gym. Everything else could triggered my depression. Luckly I tried to calm myself down, somehow it works today, eventho i still feel somewhat uncomfortable about the things in my mind, things that happened today. I should feel happy because I'm not that depressed atm, well I'll try, I'm just gonna watch tv 'till I fall asleep.
