Been trying to do christmas shopping before the school breaks up for holidays for the last week and twice I've gone into town, wondered around and then come home with nothing! At last I went in and did at least half of it! Feel much better for it. I actually managed to concentrate on the task.
Hope everyone else is doing OK with the Xmas thing.

I managed to get mine done in a half a day with no panic that being in crowds of shoving people usually brings.

 Good for you sas Sometimes it's a case of feel the fear and do it anyway like the book says. Sometimes I think to myself, if I do this, I can reflect later and realise it wasn't so bad after all. I did a little yesterday with friends and nearly panicked but didn't -  Good luck to all, ya know so far it seems everyone is doing so well this year, so inspiring and great to hear  Ophelia xxxx
