Did you ever feel so stressed and worried that your head was about to explode. That's what I feel like now . I'd hate to see my BP.

Yes Hon, I do feel that way sometimes, but it soon passes. Focus on something positive, do something you like/enjoy doing. You're not alone, huggies, Ophelia xxx

I bet your blood pressure is sky high!

My T makes me do abdominal breathing when I get like that in therapy...it seems to help me.

I hope you're OK, and if your head explodes I hope it's a breakthrough!

Get that BP checked though. Mike

YES.

Remember to take deep breaths and be gentle with yourself. How about a hot shower or a movie to get your mind off things for a while? Take care of yourself.

Progressive relaxation helps me. Usually by the time I am finished doing it, I'm either asleep or have forgotten why I have started Actually, these things help, but a lot of time I find that they just keep my nose above water until the status changes, especially if the stress is very high. Huggs and hope that there's some way to reduce that pressure!
