I'm in process of changing meds so yes, I sleep too much. But other than setting my alarm, what else can I do?

Hubby wants to be able to do stuff but me sleeping, shortens the day, drastically.

Help! Any ideas?

I am going through the med change too. My t suggested to keep on a set schedule/ritual. re go to bed at a decent hour each night and get up each am about the same time. Try your best to resist napping . Of course , avoid caffeine in pm etc. good luck and sweet dreams!
