Not eating makes me more depressed.

It is said an Eastern monarch once charged his wise men to invent him a sentence, to be ever in view, and which should be true and appropriate in all times and situations. They presented him the words: "And this, too, shall pass away." How much it expresses! How chastening in the hour of pride! How consoling in the depths of affliction!

Getting enough rest really helps mood stability.

Things can always get better, even if its just your perspective of things that change.

The reason I can't let go is because those memories are all I have left of the good that once was.

I found a quote recently that has really stuck with me:

When I was a Boy Scout, we played a game when new Scouts joined the troop. We lined up chairs in a pattern, creating an obstacle course through which the new Scouts, blindfolded, were supposed to maneuver. The Scoutmaster gave them a few moments to study the pattern before our adventure began. But as soon as the victims were blindfolded, the rest of us quietly removed the chairs. I think life is like this game. Perhaps we spend our lives avoiding obstacles we have created for ourselves and in reality exist only in our minds. We're afraid to apply for that job, take violin lessons, learn a foreign language, call an old friend, write our Congressman - whatever it is that we would really like to do but don't because of personal obstacles. Don't avoid any chairs until you run smack into one. And if you do, at least you'll have a place to sit down. ~Pierce Vincent Eckhart

I made some decisions today and I don't know if they turn out to be good decisions (fear of failure).
However, I realized today that just procrastinating making decisions was making me feel even worse. All that matters is that I tried to make the right decisions.

Never let the b-tards get you down, even when they live inside your own head! (I constantly have to rise up against my own oppression).

Life is good right now, depression doesnt last forever!
Life is what you make it, meds help!
I have grown a lot in the last year, about time....I now believe that pain and suffering does make one stronger...
I am grateful that I am alive, I am grateful for the wonderful people I have met here, I am grateful for the help I have gotten from many places this year.
There is hope, there is a light at the end of the tunnel, one day at a time
Thanks for this!

Accepting myself as I am.
Accepting realities (good and bad)
Being honest doesn't mean focus on negative things.
The piano is keep playing, it's ok to make mistakes, learn from them.
Keep sining and don't forget to take breaks even though the piano is keep playing.
While you are taking breaks, just sit and listen to the music.
Thanks for this!
