Hmmm... an interesting article. I think that depression has certainly taught me a lot, and opened my eyes to a lot of things, but whether or not I'd describe it as GOOD ... I'm not sure you can call something "good" when you wouldn't wish it on anyone, not even your enemies. Maybe we need a different adjective.
