***redred*** I'm sure there are a lot of people asking the very same question. There is a solution to every problem, you just need to find the answer. Truth is, only you have the answer. You can make it 'easier' for yourself by doing things to change your current mood. Writing can actually do wonders for you. Or just posting here and getting feedback from others. Talking to someone can help as well, whether it be a friend or a therapist. There is always medication that you can take to help make you feel better. You can't control the past, can't control the future, so you have to focus on being in the moment. Feeling better won't happen overnight, but it will get better.

Read a book
Take a warm bath
Listen to relaxing music
Exercise

Life is a work in process. There will always be bumps in the road. I am not sure I will ever be learned in the craft of life. Yet, I refuse to stop trying to find the good that life has to offer.

Please resolve to keep on trying, redred. You will always be a person of value; a somebody.
Thanks for this!

Red,

At times, life seems as though it will never get any better. Sometimes we are so lost in the moment, or in ourselves, that it is really hard to see things getting any better. I definitely have moments and days like that. I've found for myself, taking responsibility for my own happiness is the only thing that has worked. If I'm having a problem, I try to write out the possible solutions and pros/cons of the solutions. Sometimes just getting the words out on paper makes me feel better. Sorry if I'm rambling I hope I made some kind of sense...
Thanks for this!
