I'm sorry you're having trouble. It's hard to make people understand...it really is. Just take some deep breaths and slow down. Calm down. Just think to yourself what you want to say and write it down. If you want to say it to a certain person...write it down on a piece of paper and put EMOTION into it: use emoticons and if you want to shout be sure to use exclamation marks and bold/capital letters.

Just take your time. I recommend doing the above and then read out what you've written, maybe even make another copy and you give the original to who you want to speak to and you read out from the copy ?

Sorry if I'm no help. Just take deep breaths.
Good Luck x

I'm sorry you feel so bad right now. Hang in there. Even if people don't understand, that doesn't always mean that they don't care.
Thanks for this!

You are a fragile human being. We all are if we can find our true self. Most people don't. Thus most people do not understand. Most people can't understand anything that they themselves have not experienced first hand. To expect them to understand is to add to your own stress and unhappiness. Don't do that to yourself. You deserve to be loved and respected. Even if the people around you don't give that to you, you should seek it out from others who are capable of giving it to you and give it to yourself.

Can't stop you from praying and blessing me,
and if that makes you feel better feel free.
But keep it to yourself please, don't tell me.
And let's all respect each other's feelings.
With kindness, support and "sweet dreamings."
Thanks for this!
