Right, i think i should make a show here.
First of all, i think i may suffer depression im not sure and i am not going to diagnose myself i have decided to go and see my GP and see what he says. I have erratic sleeping patterns, bad s-t memory, lack of attention, and mood swings. I dont have no interest in suicide though to be frank that just scares the living daylights out of me. Anyways, there is my intro, i'll post what the doctor says after i have been ![]() Hugs xxx Chance

Hi,
I agree, its good to talk to your doctor even if you're not 100% sure of what is going on, rather than waiting for things to get worse and really blow up. Before I was diagnosed, I remember thinking for a couple years before that maybe I had depression, but always convinced my self that I was just lazy and need to buck up. In hind sight, it would have been better to catch it earlier. |
