Been a while since I posted here.
But wanted to say I am really do well these last few weeks. Still have many things to "keep working on". But, I am feeling better and believing that things in my head will eventually be normal again. For now, I have the coolest T in the world. She challenges me when I need it, she allows me to call her to say I am not having a good day or that I am having a good day... She tells me she is proud of the hard work I am doing to resolve some inner issues. Still battling the journal uphill...but my energy is becoming stronger and my mind becoming stable. And, I wanted to share this here on this site. |

Hi sj,
Nice to hear some good news. Sometimes in our illness it feels like we are walking a tightrope over a swamp. Then someone tells us that they have already fallen in and now they are climbing out again. It's not a given that our illnesses always have to get worse. They can get better too! Great news.
