I'm new to Dr. John's website; I found it doing a Net search for a class. I too have suffered over the years with depression. Some days I am hopeful; others I'm not that one day I will either get over this completely or learn to live with it functionally. Right now that's all I can bring myself to say. I'm looking forward to sharing with many of you in the future. Peace.

Hope you will be able to express your self. It is really important. I am a student myself--undergrad--but I understand problems with profs and work loads so I am happy to listen. Take Care,
