Unfortunately, most people in today's society are very selfish and wrapped up in their own lives. Sadly this includes our own family. The ones who should always be there for each other. I never knew what real depression was until the problems got bigger than I could handle. The people I needed the most were either unavailable or critical. I have learned one thing is, first I must be my own best friend. So, love you first and take baby steps each day. Do something to make you happy once a day. Come on here for support. You can PM me if you need someone who will listen...

That is very true and a very down to earth comment. Thankyou for that. I agree about finding comfort in yourself though it can hard when you are your own worst enemy. But I will remember that as there is alot of truth in it.
