Sick of my boss. Treats us like we are children. I need to say something, but too angry right now. Any suggestions?

Take a deep breath, and tomorrow is another day for a better day. Half the world wants to tell off their boss, but unfortunately, that is when you just have to bite your tongue and rise above! Maybe you could look for another job in your free time?

justme,

Are you okay? Wow you sound really upset. Palmdalegirl has good advice.

justme41,

I'm sorry your boss doesn't communicate very well and you are upset. Some bosses consider that type of behavior as an example of leadership.

Palmdalegirl gave you some excellent advice. Your boss probably would get upset if you confronted him about his behavior, but if you were very businesslike and showed him that you were mature in your actions he would be more likely to treat you less condescendingly.

Your boss may never change how he treats people. But you can do some things for yourself to help your future. Good luck. Let us know how things go for you.
