I'm so tired and I have no more will for anything... I just can't seem to deal with this. All I ever feel is just pain and anguish. How can this be life? The pressure is too much to bear and too strong. I just wanna sleep so I don't have to deal with my existence.

Do you know, you and me both. Why,when we are only given one life to lead, do we have to have had this one. I too have got to a stage in my life when I have let things totally get on top of me, again! But hay really and truelly, this world we live in, is a good one, and we do, deserve to live happy in it, so lets not let it drag us down lets kick and scream, "we will have a happy one",

It is possible your body and mind are trying to tell you something. It is easily possible you really need refreshing sleep and rest. The feelings you associate with that need do not diminish or invalidate the need itself.

Choson are you on any medication, seeing a therapist? If not it could help. I'm sorry to hear you're so low. I hope it helps to know you're not alone. x

Maybe sleep for a while isn't so bad. Take a nap,some time for you and put on some relaxing music or some nice smelly stuff in the room-whatever works- and jus rest. You'll be amazed how much it helps.
