the kind like today for me... i didn't sleep well last night and then decided to sleep through the entire morning, but then i had bad dreams. so i spent most of the afternoon feeling miserable and depressed on the couch but it's my day off so i feel like i should enjoy it. *sigh* bummer. =(

i think the full moon definitely stresses my depressed tendencies. do other people feel their depression is affected by the lunar cycle?

Good question! I don't believe I'm affected by the monthly lunar cycle, but I've a little evidence the cycle of the seasons has some effect on my moods.

that's interesting. i have heard that the ER is busier around a full moon, and i can imagine more babies being born too.

there is definitely something about the pull of the different moons and planets out in space that affects the energy of the universe and/or the gravity around us. i can see those huge bodies having an effect on humans.

I think it's been scientifically proven that the gravitational pull of the moon has no significant effect on the water or brain chemistry within the human body. Don't know where that study is though, you'd have to look it up!
