![]() ![]() One of my worst depression symptoms is feeling exhausted and tired all the time . I've tried many things including many of what Rohag had mentioned. If you ruled out physical symptoms , such as thyroid and other causes which I'm assuming you have , feeling exhausted is most likely caused by your depression. If you find a cure please let me know . You are not alone. ![]()

I have told more that one psychiatrist all the meds they prescribe are excellent. They put me to sleep and I do not know I am depressed.
Seriously, all of the antidepressants make me sleepy to some degree. For me exercise is better than any pill. Good luck. |
