So my wife looks at me a bit ago and says

“Who are you and what have you done with my husband”

Now that could have been meant and taken in two very different ways, she meant it in a good way, and that is how I took it.

Eight nights ago I was curled up in a ball crying, the next day I was feeling better, the day after that I have an appointment with my therapist, left her office feeling GREAT, and I have felt good ever sense. I haven’t felt this good in like over a decade. Not sure what is going on, haven’t changed my medications or really done anything differently. I know it won’t last forever, but hey it feels so good to feel good, just enjoying the moment for as long as it lasts.

I find this one of the most frustrating things about depression. I can never count on any of my anti-depression weapons to yield consistent results or even desirable results.

But, good for you! Savor every positive moment!
