Depression has taken away my life and I want it back..I have suffered for many years and it seems to get worse the older I get. I just want support to know I am not alone...I also would like friends...I just need a hug...lol...

do you have a therapist? do you see a Pdoc?

I'm sorry you are in such pain toniahoward and you are not alone. I hope that through these forum your suffering may be alleviated, I know you will find support. The posters are always encouraging and insightful and will be there whenever you are ready to discuss. shaggy

I'm with you. It sucks. I've had it a long time too. I get some relief at times but it's always there. Hope PC helps. It helps me.

Hi tonia
it really does suck. And it seems like it gets worse. And it does if you think negatively about it. Its hard having depression and not thinking negatively but i find that positive thinking helps. Pretty much everything about your day can bring you down if you let it. I hope that you feel like you can come to these forums and talk about your day and your feelings. There are alot of people here who care and want to help. I hope you feel better. |

Seems like we are all kinda in the same boat. I've only been here a couple days, but just writing and getting encouraging words back has helped.

I do not have a psychologists at this time because I can not afford one so hopefully soon....Thank you all
