I have been looking for work for a while and I am really depressed. My Job stresses me out. Reality is hard to deal with at times. I feel that I have to do everything myself. This is the first time i felt this depressed. I lost my grandma and a dear friend. i live alone and it gets to me at times. Being respoinible is so hard.

I feel your pain. I'm sort of in the same situation except I don't have a job and I have been looking since February of 2009. I feel like I have no self worth because I don't have a job.

PM me any time when you are down or feeling really alone.

Hello, goldgirl. I assume you have a psychiatrist to help you with the Schizophrenia. The psychiatrist may be able to help you with a depression medication.

Do you also see a therapist.

Good luck.
