Three days with the Effexor xr 150mg. and Wellbutrin SR 100 mg. and no relief.
I know....it takes some time to work, I am just desperate to actually feel my depression let up a little. This has been a very bad episode.

In depression . . . faith in deliverance, in ultimate restoration, is absent. The pain is unrelenting, and what makes the condition intolerable is the...feeling felt as truth...that no remedy will come -- not in a day, an hour, a month, or a minute. . . . It is hopelessness even more than pain that crushes the soul.-William Styron |

At least you're not having nasty side effects - that 's a good sign! Don't give up on it, hope you feel better soon
