I am so tired of being up and down day after day. When will my rollercoaster even out? All I seem to do is sleep, which makes me irritated with myself for not getting anything done during the day. I can't keep going like this. I am so exhausted that I don't know what day it is let alone what needs to be done first. I want this to end. I want to be a normal functional member of society. Not this person who runs out of energy before she is even out of bed. Has anyone else experienced this, and how did you get out of the funk?

We tend to exhaust a lot of energy into our problems, and we dont have it for anything else.

Just to let you know, normal energetic people dont even try. Maybe you remember. Was it ever hard work? No. If it was, there would be more of us.

Seems counter intuitive that your brain is set up to handle an easy life. We are afraid to let go because we are operating on a higher level. Dont be so afraid, your just a human. Give yourself a break in the mornings and maybe things will clear up. Dont think about your problems if you can and instead go get a cup of hot chocolate in the morning and call a friend. Go shopping for a halloween costume, once you get a good idea you'll forget what a crappy day you're having.

Happened to me at least.
Thanks for this!
