Hi lemonzest,

No the Depression forum doesn't have a newbie/introduce thread itself, we do however have the New Member Introductions forum though.

How to participate does not seem terribly clear. Been hunting around and have not found a clear explanation of the basics. But then, I have been unable to find a lot of stuff lately.
