Anyone got any ideas of things I can do to stop myself falling into the pit again? Been feeling fine for weeks and now the blues have just crept up on me. My inclination is to crawl under the covers . . .

oh i understand that one I think if you can just go outside in the air for awhile Go for a short walk. Do some gardening something you enjoy or use to enjoy okay swimming hiking camping do something that made you happy before. Play music happy music kind you can dance to. Call a friend go shopping get something nice just for you okay. Treat you with love and kindness Also if you hve a therapist call and see if you can set up an earlier appointment okay sometime talking it out helps as well.
