So I tried to school shopping......again. Yea I forgot to take my Prozac. So half-way through shopping I felt like I was going to puke. We kept shopping, but I hate feeling sick. I wish that if I accidentaly miss a day it won't make me feel sick. The meds. work so far. I haven't had any bad thoughts lately, but I just hate feeling ill.

Do you actually puke when you feel like this? I often feel like I am going to puke in public, and then a full blown anxiety attack kicks in. I NEVER PUKE THOUGH.
Thanks for this!
