i post something before about how i think i may be depressed as i fit alot of the symptoms. but now i am a bit confused because i have had a couple of days where i have felt wonderful, full of energy and seeing the brighter things in life. i thouht things were looking up. but today i just dont want to look forward and i am seeing everything in a negative way.
what is happening?

It could be hypomania. The same thing happened to me before I was diagnosed bipolar.

i have found for every "up" there is an equal down. sounds like a mood swing to me. have you seen a pdoc or on meds? for some of us that helps us. don't know bout you. more info?
suggestion-force yourself to get busy with something or do something physical like walking, etc. it helps!
