i finally told someone about the way that i have actually been feeling for a long time.

i told my T that i have felt worthless and self loathing. as well as not seeing the point in getting out of bed in the morning. also i said to her that i have thoughts of getting out of this life. i was very nervous telling her but she didnt push me. she wants to tell my mum but i have a problem with that, but she also wants me to go to my dotors.

this post is just to let you know what is going on

Hello ((((((((L&S))))))))

How brave you are to confront it this way, and to share it with us that you have taken that step is also brave and profound.

I really and truly hope that things will get easier for you from this point on. Whether you get meds or alternative treatments as long as something happens it can only be for the better. And it may help your relationship with your mum to know just how you really feel and what direction you feel your life is taking. They can't do anything unless they know. I'm really proud of you and I really hope that yoy improve from this point on. Kudos and hugs to you

the problem is that i havent told my mum yet because i am worried about telling her because i dot know how she will react. also i know that she isnt going to understand it and say to me that i am being stupid.
plus if i do i no that she will be worse with me
(these are what i sort of predict what happens, based on things that have happened before)
