The doctor has given me something else for depression. I just don't seem able to get over it. It seems like I don't know what it is to be truly happy. I want to run away, but I can't because of responsibilities. I wish sometimes I could be one of those people who only thought of themselves and do what they like instead of thinking of others and how my actions would affect them. YUGH!!!

(((Donna)))

All I can say is that I can relate.
I hope this new med. works a bit better.

Sending you many hugs and good wishes.

I don't blame you. You reach out, you go to therapy, you take your meds, you attempt to follow the program like a good patient, and . . . nothing. Frustrating. Or worse.

Faylowell, you're a good person. Even in the midst of depression you think about others. We know, however, goodness is no bulwark against depression.

May you continue to find the strength to satisfy your own sense of right and good despite illness. May relief find you as often as possible.
