Anyone have such depression on a specific day? Sunday's are my trigger. I cry all day and sleep off and on. It's always sunday. Nothing to do with my job at all. It just feels lonely and sad on Sunday's to me

I used to loathe Sunday all the time for years, mainly because it was that day before I had to go back to school. And school was very painful for me to go through because I didn't want to do pointless work answering questions that I had already answered at least 100 times beforehand but had to anyway in order to keep my good grade. And there was a lot of it. Saturdays was in fact the only day of the week I felt pretty okay when I got depressive.

Luckily now's not completely the case anymore, since I'm going to school learning what I wish to learn instead of what I'm being forced to. It's not perfect, and sometimes I feel too inadequate doing the work, but I don't feel nearly as helpless during the week as I did back then. Or maybe it's exactly the same, but it's totally different situations.

Weird, isn't it? :P

charliemycat;Sundays can be bad for me too. I love my job, but I do feel more blue on Sundays. Not sure why that is.

Tuesdays seem to be my trigger day. I am like you, I don't know why. Maybe because I have to deal with so much on Tuesdays.

Saturdays. Due in large part to my autism I have no friends and so the day when all other college students are hanging out, having fun I spend alone. It's a constant reminder.

Everyday seems to just blur into the next; they all feel the same to me...

Tuesdays for me. I currently have nothing to do on a Tuesday and I find that when I have nothing to do I tend to just stay in bed. I've now got some things I try to do every day that help me at least get a little done so that I don't consider the day a waste.

I know what you mean about Sunday.

The worst days for me right now are days I don't have therapy. I'm currently not working so it's hard to wake up and feel like I'm worthwhile. But therapy feels like work.
