My life has had a lot of turmoil lately, and most of it has been resolved, but I feel worse today than I did in the midst of the problems. I hate waking up sad. I hate it when I feel tears right behind my eyes and I have no real reason to cry...except that I'm so tired and I just feel like life is beating me down. I thought maybe writing it down would stem the tears, but it's not really working. Does anyone else feel like this?

I could really use a hug.
Thanks for this!

(((englishteacher))) I am so sorry you feel this way. I am going through the same thing but mine has been going on for 7 years with out letting up. I hate it. I hate me! I just try and fake it most of the time so I don't bring my family down. Feel free to talk to me anytime.
Thanks for this!

Maybe if we all send each other good thoughts, we'll all feel better. Thanks for the hugs.

. i find in the middle of stress i hold up well and then there's the letdown, meltdown afterwards. sounds like that is what happened to you. sometimes i allow myself to cry, cry, cry then i watch america's funniest videos on tv and it does help. i can't help but laugh and laughter soothes the soul.

More hugs coming your way ((((((((((((englishteacher)))))))))))))) I really hope your sadness lifts in time I know it can take quite a while to get over emotional turmoil. Even long after the crisis has passed, there can still be significant emotional after-effects. I can definitely relate to that. Wishing you all the very best.
