(((Rebecca)))

One day, one moment at a time.
Deep breath.

Do you have anything you can take for anxiety?

Maybe a good night's sleep will help you feel a bit better.

Hugs.

Elana

Just hang in there. You can do it. As Elana said, just take it one day at a time. We all have our good
days and bad days, but that is the unpredictable journey of life.

Hello, Rebecca. The shorter days and lessening sunlight as winter approaches generally increases my melancholy. Perhaps a medication adjustment is in order?

Don't take the stride out too early. Sorry for the running metaphore, but it makes sense from the point of view that stress will make you try to do too much too fast and cause you to overload. Save as much of your strength and stamina as you can for the last spurt dear. Steady on. You can do this. The worst is actually behind you.We are all pulling for you. HUGGGGGGGGGGGSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!
