So, like a lot of people on here, I've got TONS of work to do on myself. I have so many flaws that push the people I love away from me. I'm to the point where if I don't start truly fixing myself and making forward progress, I'm going to lose my marriage and my friends.

So I'm wondering if any of you have any ideas as far as self help people. I've done a bit of The Work of Byron Katie, but only online, not any of the books. So is she really as good as she seems? I'd like to know what everyone thinks of here before I go buying her books. I'd also love to hear about other people that have helped you find yourself.

Thanks!

Hi, SavvySpirit! I'm sorry, I only have third-hand reports on Byron Katie, and I have not yet found any self-help books exceptionally helpful.

Your question has been simmering for quite a while, and I hope others may have suggestions.
