ok You win! I'm giving up!

I am much too tired to fight anymore. I will just bottle up things inside, wear a mask and be a good actor. That's what you want anyway. So there! You have win!

My sincere thank you to everyone here!

You CAN give up... but not for long! WE here won't let you. Take a break and "just be" when things become so overwhelming. ((((((ND))))))) it's a tough battle... maybe along with way we feel as though we "can't win" ... and we do lose a battle... BUT WE WILL WIN the war! Be gentle with yourself. You win

Wow nightdream...so much pain. I can understand the feeling..maybe different things got us to that same place of feeling unloved and worthless...but the feeling is the same.
Please hang in there. As hard as it is..I know. I fight it each day.

I know how hard it feels. Somehow we have to keep fighting. Fighting the beast, fighting for honesty.
Be kind to yourself.

Thank you so much for your replies and caring!

I have not learn to say "no", I have not learn to defend myself, I have not learn to put boundaries, I have not learn how to stop the abuse, I just have not learn and this is hurting so much.
