i've been using the mood tracker since spring. looking back, i see that basically every third week of the month, i fall into depression. sometimes it's a deep depression that only lasts a few days. sometimes it goes on for a week. in the spring, it was three weeks long. in the summer, it came during the first week of each month, as well. when it's here, i feel that i've always been depressed. when it's gone, i minimize the effects, and tell myself that it's not so bad... not so frequent.

i have health insurance. but my family can barely afford to pay the bills that we have. budgeting for groceries is a delicate balancing act for me. i have health insurance, but i can't afford to see a damn doctor, and get the medication i need to get out of this. pit.

i almost don't care right now.

knowing it's about the third week that the depression comes...can you gear up to change your routine about that time? like a positive distraction for yourself?
