I have treatment resistant depression, have for the last 5 years or so. My psychiatrist says I have tried "everything" for meds. I was up to 12 meds a day at one point. I have done ECT with horrible memory loss as a result. Nothing is working for me and I don't know what else to do. I just want to give up, swallow some pills and be done with this horrible life

I can relate cause my meds dont work after being on them for three months and right back at square one with the high anxiety and the crazy thoughts that comes with my ocd and oh yeah the bad memory sucks and the stupid fatigue I feel hopeless huggs
