I'm the only one here until 8:30. I'm so lonely, and there's no one else here to talk to. I want to sleep, but I can't. The silence just keeps getting louder.

Awwwww......that sounds very not fun! (((hugs))) Are you at home? Let's see, when the silence gets to me, sometimes it helps me to turn on the radio, I listen to BBC, helps distract and calm me. Got any music or news shows you can listen to that you like?

Not really, not that I feel like listening to. I'm just sitting here in the dark, switching back and fourth to the forums and checking for email from my fiance. I can't stop crying and it's bothering me. No matter what I do I can't ever feel better.

Turn on the radio, the sound of silence, and household background noises can seem louder when we are down. Easy listening, if you cry with a song, blame it on the song if it helps. I do sometimes.

pm, hopefully I'll feel better when my fiance comes home. I miss him alot right now and he just doesn't understand that I'm not being clingy, I just spent so much of my life being alone it's hard for me to cope when I am. I just want someone to understand.
