I am double posting and I'm sorry but I know a lot of you here and feel safer. here.
Has anyone had seizures in Welbutrin? I think I may be having them but it is hard to know when you are alone and have no one to notice them. Petite mal)

My pdoc said if you take more than 300mg at a time you can have seizures. Hope that helps.

Thanks. I am on 450 like my pdoc said to be taking. I just called her office and let her know that I was going to drop back to 300 until I talked with her. I had no side effects until we went to 450 and now I have a bunch of them which is doable but the eye thing scares me.

I was on 400mg, split up into 200mg twice a day. Do you take it all at once? I'm currently down to 300mg, so it's only once a day.

I am on the extended release stuff so I take it all at once.

I worked with a girl who had a seizure while on Wellbutrin. But then again, my mom was on it for a while and she had no problems.

I'm new to this blog but certainly not to depression! After my insurance company made me go on the generic for Effexor and it did nothing for me, my dr. switched me to Welbutrin. I was on it for three days and it was awful. I was totally off the wall - couldn't stop talking/laughing, racing mind, couldn't sit still, it was nasty. So, I believe Welbutrin could give seizures. I'm now on Zoloft & it's better.
