TimeO, you know I really don't have much to add. The best thing I can think of is that you may need to find something very self-nurturing to do today. Just do the self care thing even if you don't think you want to and see what happens. Drink a cup of warm tea and snuggle safe for a while. Maybe it will help. You deserve to be safe.

My environment, outside or at home, is not safe. I have to be on guard all the time. It's very exausting. The only time I can say I am so much safe is when I can found a place where I can park my car and just breath.
