To wish you “Happiness” in the new year somehow just doesn’t fit for those of us with depression.

So for all those who post and/or read this forum this is my wish for you. . .

May your unrelenting suffering, pain and sadness begin to lift
May you not feel so disillusioned, discouraged and unable to cope
May you have plenty of tissues to wipe away the tears
May you find a combination of meds., therapy and support that works for you
And finally,
If only for an instant, may you find a glimmer of hope during the coming year.

A special thanks to those who have provided comfort and support during this past year.
