Hey,
I am not sure were I why I am typing this, but I felt the need too..
Well, resently I was bellow bellow and as far away as I could ever be. I was lost behond lost. After one and a half week of that I suddenly feel so much better. Well, now I am not better like good but just being ok feels amazing!

How do I keep it from happening again?
Why did it happen? There is nothing that happened around that I could see triggering the downfall.

Thanks,

LillyLeaf

Hello, Lillyleaf! I don't have answers to your questions, but I do know the frustration of moods that have no apparent cause.

Do you remember what was going on in and around you before you slipped into that very low mood? Tell those who are caring for you about your experience. The more information you can recall and offer, the better your chances of answering those questions.

If it be possible, may you never sink so deeply again.
