I was just at the store getting money from an atm machine and a lady next to is talking too herself in a happy way. And i felt like she was just rubbing that luxury in my face. And when i see a man and woman hanging all over each other i think..... two guys cant do that wothout being frowned upon. Why are they rubbing that in my face?

They aren't. They just are happy or want to think they are happy.

Happy is just another feeling. JUst as you aren't rubbing (hopefully) in anyone face that you are down at the moment.

Thomas,
I know what you mean, sometimes it just hurts to see people so happy and enjoying life when you can barely pull yourself out of bed in the morning.
And the part with the man and woman hanging all over each other.... yuck!! I don't want to see that from anyone.... BUT... My partner and I hold hands and smooch kiss in public all the time, and we don't seem to have much of a problem. There will always be those who stare and make rude comments, but that's just them. We live in a tiny little town full of retired people, and I suppose they have just gotten use to seeing us around.
I hope you come out of your episode soon. But in the mean time, keep in mind that I really do know how you feel.
JJ

you don't know if they are happy and most people who are happy work hard for that and aren't happy 24/7. Everybody goes through frustration and down periods... it's about how you learn to survive those without being pulled too deep to emerge again.

I dont believe people intentionaly try to make you feel bad. Most people are ignorant of their surroundings and tend to live in their own bubble type worlds.
