We're here to help support you through these rough times.
What have you tried to do to bring yourself out of this. I know it's hard, trust me, I've suffered from depression my whole life. Sometimes I get so far into the pit, that I can't even see light. So I really do know what you're feeling.
Here are some things that help me a little during an episode.

*Sunshine. Try to go sit out on your porch or take a walk. The nutrients we get from the sun actually helps combat depression.
*Water. Make sure you are getting enough fluids into your system. If you (like me) don't like to drink water, then try getting those sugar free flavor packets to put into it. Your brain can't function properly if you're not giving it enough fluid.
*Eat. Not junk food, but real good for you food. Your body needs the nutrients to work properly.
*Journal or Blog. Just start typing or writing. Don't even think about it, just let the words flow. It doesn't have to make sense. Even if you stop halfway through a sentence to start the next. It makes me feel better to get all those words and thoughts out of my head. I'm able to actually relax without them bouncing around in there.

I don't know that any of this will be help to you, but it's my 2 cents worth of what helps me sometimes.
And look! We have something in common, we both picked the same picture! We're friends already!

I hate the rollercoaster emotions. I get like that sometimes too. It's worse than being just straight up depressed. Everytime you get up you think woohoo, this is it, I've made it, and then here's comes anohter down. It's very exhausting.
I agree that journaling can take to much energy sometimes. Have you found anything that helps when you're feeling low? My t made me sit down and make a list with things that help me, so I can go through it when I'm down. I actually found a bunch.
My main go-to pick me up is baking something. It's so calming.

I hope you can get the help you want and need soon.

And see the world without your sorrow
Where no one knows the pain you left behind
And all the peace you could never find
Is waiting there to hold and keep you
Welcome to the first day of your life

Just open up your eyes as I lay you down tonight
Safe on the other side
No more tears to cry

Hi Angel, ditto to Joanie's suggestion on sunshine. Sometimes just a brief walk by yourself outdoors can help shift your mood and soothe your soul.

Hi, angel! If you are too sad and no energy to journal now, why not just get one out and put 1-2 words in this time, of what you are thinking about. Maybe next time you can write one sentence. Think small. If a walk is too much, just walk outside and sit on the porch. That's enough. Just try to find one little thing. If you can't do anything else, take two fingers, put them to your lips, kiss them, and smooth them over your cheek. Give yourself a kiss! Take care of YOU, for YOU. Nothing else matters much. You will be ok. I do believe that. Let us know how you are doing--we care!
