I'm just feeling depressed and really down on myself. I hope this three day weekend helps, and then i meet with my new T again on monday. Last week was my first time meeting with her so she had to get all the background info, but I hope this next time we make some progress.
I just can't even think straight. I am going to eat some food and then later probably go work out. Yesterday I did some cardio for 40 minutes and I felt really good after that. Maybe if I keep that routine up my mood and self-esteem will pick up. I'm still feeling hopeless about my job situation--i get stressed out where I work. I feel like I've been constantly trying to make things better but nothing seems to work. It sucks feeling like I have no control over things like that. |
