When I was young we played a game called pick up sticks. I enjoyed it and I was good at it.
Now at my age and my stage in life I don't know where to start. I find myself just staring at the pile and wishing I was that kid who loved the game and was good at it. __________________ BE THE CHANGE THAT YOU WANT TO SEE IN THE WORLD. Gandhi |

Getting started is so hard.
My philosophy is to just dive in, pick a stick, any stick, and start with that one. Once you get going it is often easy to follow through. With depression that philosophy is failing me. There are things that I KNOW will be easy for me to do, but no matter how hard I try, I just can't get myself started. Months and months go by with no progress. __________________ ------------------------------------ -- -- The world is what we make of it -- -- Dave -- www.idexter.com |
