*Hugs* I agree with Sleeps. Try to get some people you know to come see you. Maybe your friends would wanna visit? Friends should always cheer each other up and help each other out, or at least try. I hope you find someone who'll be there for you soon.

Where do you live, Yack? What nowhere are you in the middle of?

I am sorry that you are feeling so badly.

Depression hurts a great deal.

Jackie, you are not alone, even tho at times it sure feels like it. You need to get plugged into your community. That requires some help.

I was going to do voluteer work.(part-time) Found out today that I have 2 bulging discs..with one herniated.in my lower lumbar area of the back..So that is definitely out. Very down about it...but I refuse to be counted out. Jackie..refuse to be counted out in life...starting with your community. Try calling a church or your local humane society, or look in the paper...especially the Sunday newspapers. Everyone is screaming for volunteers. Ask if they can work around your schedule. Ask, ask, ask. You can do it! Release yourself!

I need a release, something to do...you are right...I hate it here. My friends call and call but we can't have coffee anymore, go to the mall, go shopping, anything. I look forward to nothing. They are too far away.

You know how I feel? Like a dog. The way my family sometimes treats me.

I have never drank, smoked, or gotten into any trouble. Sometimes I don't get it...

I am a non-entity. Lovely feeling.

Good news though: this is horrible (again), but my dad's job interview that would force us to stay here and not move does not sounds like it will work out. The other one (will force us to move) is still pending...I have watched them get more miserable since we came here and now I am getting sucked in with them.

They like to blame me, of course, I am the "identified patient".

Therapist says it is obvious I am not the problem.

I am sorry you are so miserable.

Until you can get out of there if is it what you want to do could you maybe get yourself a small friend, like a kitten or a doggie. This is just an idea, I don't know really.

We care for you here! ((((((((((Yack)))))))))))
