I am sorry you are feeling blu. I go through periods where I have a hard time picking my head up. This is part of the depression. Sad though, but true. We are here for you. If you need to vent about anything or everything.

Take care of you.

I know just how hard it is to deal with a blue mood seemingly coming from no where. I feel like I am not at all in control of my moods and that they are some injustice visited upon me. Blue moods tend to pass but here is a hug ((((((Alex)))))) while you are dealing with it.

sorry (((alex))) not knowing leaves hope of changing alone... gotta try and figure out what's causing the blues.. sometimes it's food, sometimes it's other reminders... sometimes it's body chemistry.... sometimes it's more than one thing. Maybe you will feel better soon .. try and not get bored... distract yourself.. it's ok...
