Crashing. S*
Brought the meds back up when I felt it coming (they had been lower for about a month). Still crashing.
Did miss a session with massage T but it doesn't usually throw me like this.
When I'm not crying I'm raging.
Usually I don't mind not being able to call T. Could really use her today.
Grrr
